CEIFER’s quality policy is based on its processes, but these processes are designed, directed and executed by people. These are the true protagonists of our activity, whose scope is the provision of semen bank services.

The main objective of CEIFER is to know how to combine growth and well-being of the company with the growth and well-being of each of the people who are part of the organization, whether they are workers, customers, suppliers, and among them the main one for this organization: the donor.

  • Through responsible leadership, creativity and versatility of all workers in the organization.
  • Through customer satisfaction: we try to transmit the best technical capacity, diligence, security and ethics, making use of our ability to solve problems derived from our services.
  • Through the relationship with our suppliers: we want to hear their opinions and treat them as belonging to our organization. Your knowledge will make ours grow and help us improve.
