The straws that are sent to a breeding center are marked by an identification number that is included in the report and that identifies the whole process.

This process must also be registered in SIRHA and are for the exclusive use of:

  • The center to which they refer
  • The patient they are assigned to
  • Only for a cycle or assisted reproduction treatment.

  • In case of division of the cycle, the straws, as well as the results of the technique, pregnancies and deliveries, cannot be assigned to any shipment of samples or supported by a CEIFER.

  • Failure to comply with this section will always be the responsibility of the RHA Center that performs it, exempting CEIFER Biobanco from any legal repercussions against health authorities or receiving patients.
