We have a wide variety of donors and phenotypes and different types of samples. All are subjected to strict post-thaw quality control both at the level of sperm concentration (see below) and microbiological (absence of pathogens and growth of regional flora flora <1000 CFU / ml), rejecting those that do not meet these requirements.

TOTAL SEMEN. The ejaculate is diluted with cryoprotective media and then placed in straws and frozen. 3 straw of 0.5 ml with concentration: ≥10 million spz with progressive mobility / ml are sent.

READY USE. The semen is subjected to a REM treatment using density gradients before being frozen. 1 straw of 0.5 ml with concentration: ≥8 million spzs with progressive mobility / ml is sent.
